A highly technical secret research project involving the manipulation of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA). The offspring of the original [[Newsboy Legion]] are discovered by [[Jimmy Olsen]] and [[Superman]] to have a link to the DNA Project because it employs their fathers (now biological scientists).
