A ruthless extortionist, clad in a green archer's costume, who extorts money from wealthy victims and murders those who refuse to pay with his bow and arrow. On Earth-2, this Archer met and was defeated in the same fashion as his Earth-1 counterpart by Earth-2 own Man of Steel. (See Parallel-Worlds and The Archer)
