The Archer of Earth-2
A ruthless extortionist, clad in a green archer's costume, who extorts money from wealthy victims and murders those who refuse to pay with his bow and arrow. On Earth-2, this Archer met and was defeated in the same fashion as his Earth-1 counterpart by Earth-2's own Man of Steel. (See Parallel-Worlds and The Archer)
The Archer of Earth-2 went to seek vengeance against Superman of Earth-2 but was once again defeated and apprehended by Superman of Earth-2, Lois Kent of Earth-2, and Jimmy Olsen of Earth-2 (SF No. 221/4, Aug 1982: "Arrows of Vengeance!").
