Supremo

The super-powered hero—clad in a yellow costume with purple trunks, boots, belt, cape and cowl, and a stylized purple "S" emblazoned on his chest—who is secretly Allan Vale, a student at Smallville High.

Courtesy of a formula developed by his uncle, scientist and world-traveler Jake Vale, Supremo uses his "super-strength, invulnerability, and power of flight" to assist Superboy in several heroic feats before tragically succumbing to "the incurable disease he caught in Hong Kong" (SB No. 132, Sep 1966: "The Youth Who was Braver than Superboy!").
