Stix and Hubro

Stix and Hubro are members of a villainous faction from Dimension Z that come to Earth and represent themselves as constables of the "Inter-Dimensional Bureau of Investigation." They manage to trick Supergirl into returning with them to their Dimension in order to answer for crimes she had never committed (Act No. 327/2, Aug 1965: "Supergirl...Fugitive from Justice!"; Act No. 328/2, Sep 1965: "The Ordeals of Dimension Z!").
