Intergalactic gamblers from the planet Ventura who squared off with Superman and later Batman at the gaming tables.
First, the duo bet that they could force Superman to kill someone (he didn't - he tricked them).
And in a World's Finest adventure with Batman, as he gambled for Batman's life and the Earth, Superman bested the luckless duo in a game of skill and chance.
