A superstitious Kryptonian criminal and Phantom Zone escapee who attempts to free his fellow outlaws from the Phantom Zone so that together they can form a super-gang for the conquest of the universe, only to be outwitted and finally re-imprisoned in the Zone by Superman and Jimmy Olsen (S No. 164/2, Oct 1963: "The Fugitive from the Phantom Zone!").
