Professor Nero

A scientist whose laboratory full of “strange equipment” on the outskirts of Metropolis is secretly the cover for a one-man counterfeiting operation. Nero is arrested in a police raid led by Superman in April 1952 (Act No. 167: “The Machines of Crime!”).
