The Mystery Marauder
Shirley Adams, a diabolical and ambitious woman, puts the mystic Tobias Williams into a trance and steals his life-force adjustment powers ("prana"). After disguising herself with lead armor and taking the name the Mystery Marauder, it is left to Superman to thwart her reign of terror in Metropolis after being alerted by the weakened Williams (Act No. 504, Feb 1980: "The Power and the Choice!").
