Mr. Wheels
A "mystery engineer who designs special gadgets for his underworld clients," such as an ingenius tractorlike vehicle for crawling up the ooutside wall of a multistory warehouse. Mr. Wheels is also the leader of a gang of criminals who commit a series of spectacular crimes with the aid of these devices, but he and his henchmen are apprehended in September 1956 through the heroic efforts of Superman (S No. 108/2: "Perry White, Jr., Demon Reporter!")
