An alias employed by Lex Luthor in November-December 1952 when he has a massive fortress-like citadel constructed on a lonely mountain top overlooking Metropolis as part of his elaborate scheme to bilk “some of the richest men in the country†of half their possessions and property (S No. 79/1: “Citadel of Doom!â€).
