The leader of a gang of criminals who kidnap Professor Higgins and his newly invented amnesia machine, a machine designed to induce amnesia, and to use it to commit a series of staggering crimes—as when they extort a fortune from a prominent consulting engineer by threatening to obliterate all his specialized knowledge—until they are finally apprehended by Superman in March-April 1952 (S No. 75/3: "The Man Who Stole Memories!").
