The last great shaman of the Mohegan tribe of the planet Earth in a parallel universe. Merokee was responsible for bestowing great powers upon young Willie Fawcett, transforming him into Captain Thunder. After doing so, the medicine man proclaimed to the Great Spirit that his task on Earth was done, and he was transformed into a spirit to soar skyward to his final reward (S No. 276, June 1974: "Make Way for Captain Thunder!").
