Lightning Lord Real name: Mekt Ranzz
When Mekt, his younger brother, Garth and their sister, Ayla, were trapped by lightning beasts on the planet Korbal, they were endowed by rays giving them the power to hurl and control lightning bolts.
Mekt joined the Legion of Super Villains whilst his younger siblings joinded the Legion of Super Heroes respectfully as Lightning Lad and later Lightning Lass (nee Light Lass).
