The wily press agent for Miracle Movies who concocts an elaborate scheme designed to trick Superman into starring in an adventure film in the far north without realizing that he is being filmed. The situation becomes more complicated when "notorious racketeer" "Bushy" Barnes and his henchmen kidnap Allen's film crew and hold them for ransom, but Superman finally apprehends the gangsters and permits the release of Allen's adventure film, entitled Superman in Valhalla, on the condition that half of its proceeds be earmarked for charity.
