Intergang

A criminal organization that terrorizes Metropolis off and on over a period of several months (SPJO No. 139, Jul 1971: "The Guardian Fights Again"; SPJO No. 141, Sep 1971: "Will the Real Don Rickles Panic?"). Armed with weapons from Apokolips and backed by Darkseid, Intergang is alternately lead by Ugly Mannheim and by the clone of publisher Morgan Edge known as Morgan Edge II (SPJO No. 133, Oct 1970: "The Newsboy Legion").

Jimmy Olsen, Goody Rickels, and the Golden Guardian are responsible for foiling several Intergang plots (SPJO No. 139, Jul 1971: "The Guardian Fights Again"; SPJO No. 141, Sep 1971: "Will the Real Don Rickles Panic?").
