Harold Morton
A "prominent psychologist and radio wizard" who, through the use of complex "ultra high-frequency" radio equipment, hypnotizes reputable citizens while they sleep into committing crimes for his benefit and then forgetting completely the details of the crimes they have committed. Superman exposes Morton's villainy in July 1949 and then hypnotizes him into making a complete confession of his crimes (Act No.38).
