American comedian who enters into negotiations with Morgan Edge II and WGBS in September 1971. The negotiations come to an abrupt conclusion when they are interrupted by Clark Kent, Jimmy Olsen, the Golden Guardian, and WGBS researcher Goody Rickles, all of whom are victims of an unsuccessful assassination plot by Edge and members of Intergang (SPJO No.141: "Will the Real Don Rickles Panic?").
