Doctor Chaos

An Lord of Chaos discovered by Professor Lewis Lang and his assistant Burt Belker when they unearth an ancient metal helmet in the Valley of Ur. The helmet is nearly identical to the one worn by Kent Nelson in his identity of Doctor Fate on Earth-2, save for its blue color. The unnamed Lord of Chaos possesses Burt, who becomes Doctor Chaos (whose agenda differs from that of Doctor Fate), wearing a costume that mirrors Doctor Fate's, with an inverted color scheme. Superboy confronts him and, after a series of battles, is able to remove the helmet from Belker and jettison it into space. There have been no further appearances of either the helmet, the Lord of Chaos, or the identity of Doctor Chaos (NSB No. 25, Jan 1982: "The Man Who Kidnapped Nature").
