Real name: Rokk Krinn
The adult persona of Cosmic Boy. Cosmic Man was, as Cosmic Boy, a co-founder of the Legion of Super-Heroes and later a member of the Adult Legion of Super-Heroes. (S No. 147/3, Aug 1961: "The Legion of Super-Villains"; and others.)
His power was of super-magnetism.
Cosmic Man, Lightning Man, and Saturn Woman traveled back in time to present day Metropolis to visit their good friend Superboy, now grown up to be Superman.
