James Gordon
Better known as Commissioner Gordon of the Gotham City Police Force. He is Batman's link to the police and summons the Caped Crusaders either by the Bat-hotline or Bat-signal.
He is also one of Superman's best friends as evidenced by intergalactic gamblers Rokk and Sorban's high regard for him in "The Super Gamble wth Doom!" (WF 150 June 1965).
