A criminal group in the 30th Century, "members of a chameleon race from another planet".
In April 1962 the Chameleon Men Gang imprison the Legion of Super-Heroes and replace them on Earth. Unable to duplicate the Legionaires' powers, the disguised Gang members convince Supergirl they have lost their abilities and trick her into aiding them before exiling Supergirl and Whizzy into the Phantom Zone. Freed from the Zone with the aid of Whizzy, Supergirl traps the Gang under an impenetrable dome before rescuing the real Legion (Act No. 287: "Supergirl's Greatest Challenge").
