Butch Grogan
In the fall of 1939, Butch Grogan hires a night watchman of Bruce Constructions, Inc. to fix steel beams to kill steel workers. Crogan, in turn, had been hired by Nat Grayson, to slow the construction of the Atlas Building.
Grogan is killed by a policeman as he tries to escape arrest (S No. 2/3: "Superman and the Skyscrapers").
