Bokos
An island on Krypton populated by thieves (S No. 239, Jun/Jul 1971: "Map of Krypton") who outlaw honesty and legalize acts deemed crimes elsewhere. Bokos does not join the Kryptonian federation, but remains independent until the planet explodes.
