The son of Bizarro No. 1 and Bizarro-Lois No. 1. He is similar to Superboy in both powers and stature, and is vulnerable to Blue Kryptonite. Like his parents, he wears an ID tag. His particular tag is labeled "Bizarro Junior No. 1." (Adv No. 299, Aug 1962 "Car 54, Get Lost!").
