Bizarro-Flash
Bizarro-Flash is the Bizarro version of the Flash. While the Flash is the fastest man on Earth, Bizarro-Flash is the slowest "man" on Htrae, the Bizarro World (SGLL No. 74, May 1967: "Superman's Unbeatable Rival!"). Bizarro-Flash is a member of the Bizarro Justice League (DCCP No. 71, Jul 1984: "The Mark of Bizarro!").
