The Earth-2 counterpart of Lex Luthor (DCCPA No. 1, 1982: "Crisis on Three Earths"). Unlike his Earth-1 doppleganger, this Luthor did not meet his Kryptonian archnemesis, the Superman of Earth-2, until they were both adults (Act No. 23, Apr 1940). Also unlike the Earth-1 Luthor, Alexei appears to never have lost his full head of red hair.
