Menacing shape shifters from the 30th century Legion of Super-Villains (though the chronicles indicate "Super-Outlaws"), these aliens from the planet Durla travel back in time to challenge Superman with Red Kryptonite - making the Man of Tomorrow suffer from conjuring abilities, the property of fire breath, and apparently, the power to read minds. Superman is able to scan the thoughts of the chameleonic criminals when they pose as U.S. President Kennedy and Soviet Premier Khrushchev (Act No. 283/1, Dec 1961: The Kryptonite Menace!").
